What We Do

We offer IT training to people with physical disabilities. Our training provision is an innovative package of supported Training and Assistance to Employment that promotes the inclusion of people with physical disabilities in the labour market.

Training.

Our training programme comprise :

• Assessment of individual training needs. A Personal Development Employment Plan (PDEP) is completed outlining course of study and qualification aims

• Assessment of suitable adaptive equipment and software (where applicable)

• Individually paced instructor-led training

• Ongoing review of progress and support throughout the programme

• Distance learning support using technology to link up participants in the home

• The opportunity to achieve accredited qualifications.

Assistance to Employment

This section of our programme comprises :

• The opportunity to undertake meaningful work placements

• Work Placement support and monitoring

• Job search assistance – cv preparation, making job applications, interview techniques and participation in mock interviews.

• Assistance with securing employment.
